At Beautovia Essence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward return policy for eligible items.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligibility

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare devices, creams, oils, or any personal care products for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at siddique_habibur@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us at your expense.
  3. Include the original packing slip or order number.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
